Step 1:

Before we start, we thoroughly explain the work that we will do and answer your questions.

Step 2:

Next, we give you an honest price for all the services you’ve requested.

Step 3:

If we’re cleaning your carpets, we carefully move all the furniture that can be moved and place Styrofoam blocks under each leg.

Step 4:

We vacuum your carpet or furniture thoroughly to remove all loose particles.

Step 5:

Carpets and upholstery are pre-sprayed and emulsified to prepare them for shampooing.

Step 6:

All cleaning processes are completed using state-of-the-art shampooing and air duct cleaning equipment.

Step 7:

Shampooed items are rinsed using 230°F water at 500psi.

Step 8:

Before we leave, we review maintenance information and tips with you to insure your carpets, upholstery and ducts stay as clean as possible for as long as possible.

Step 9:

Finally, we inspect all cleaned items with you to make sure you’re 100% satisfied.
